This policy describes information handled when you visit and play games at airfields.games.
Information used by the games
Daily Challenge uses a randomly generated browser identifier, stored in an essential cookie, to distinguish attempts and help enforce first-attempt leaderboard rules. The server stores challenge records such as the challenge date, guesses, score, elapsed time, completion status and, if you choose to submit one, your leaderboard display name. Public leaderboards show display names, scores and times.
Your browser also uses local storage to remember whether the day's challenge was started, so that subsequent plays can be identified as practice on that browser.
Hosting and technical data
Airfield is hosted on Vercel and uses a database service for Daily Challenge records. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver, secure and operate the website under their own applicable terms and policies.
Cookies and advertising
For the current game cookie, see our Cookie Policy. If analytics or advertising services such as Google AdSense are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanisms must be updated before those services are enabled. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements.
Choices and limitations
Entering a leaderboard display name is optional. Avoid using sensitive or personally identifying information in public display names. Clearing browser cookies or storage may affect local game state, but does not necessarily erase server-side records.
We intend to provide an appropriate privacy-enquiry channel before enabling advertising. Until then, please do not submit sensitive personal information through game fields.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the games and services evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date.
